Shipping

Domestic Shipping Within Australia: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia. We use a courier service for Australian deliveries via Sendle, a carbon neutral delivery service. Orders are processed within two days after being placed, although we always endeavour to process them within 24 hours, except for when your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, in which case it will be processed the following business day. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Deliveries cannot be made to Post Office Boxes.

Domestic deliveries have an approximate delivery time of 1-10 days depending on your location. East Coast metro areas are usually delivered between 1-5 days, all other areas will be delivered up to 10 days after processing.  

International Shipping: We offer a $25 flat rate shipping to international destinations and complimentary shipping on orders over $300.

Orders are processed within two days after being placed, although we always endeavour to process them within 24 hours, except for when your order is received on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the following business day. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

International orders have delivery times between 1-8 business days. We use DHL for international orders.

Once orders arrive to the country of delivery, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays. Eight Hour Studio cannot be held responsible for these potential delays.

In addition, Eight Hour Studio cannot be held responsible for potential additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Further enquiries can be made to your local customs office. 

Eight Hour Studio is required to declare the actual value of internationally shipped goods and will label them as merchandise.

 

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your garments, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund. If there is a fault with the garment we will also refund the postage costs. Please email us at info@eighthourstudio.com with the order number you are returning or exchanging and then simply send the garments to us in their original condition (with all tags in place) by recycling the box in which you received them to the return address provided on the delivery invoice. Let us know whether you would like an exchange (perhaps different size or style) or refund. Please be aware we will not be able to offer refunds where there has been damage caused to or clear use made of the garments. 

We will process the refund for the cost of garments and, where appropriate, any original delivery charge within 24 hours of receipt of the returned garments. However, bank processing times are such it may still take up to two weeks for you to see this refund reach your account. Please understand this is something we cannot control. 

A lot of time and effort has gone into producing these garments so please do let us know why you may be returning them. If it reflects any fault with the quality of the product or our service, we would obviously like to rectify this as we take a lot of pride in wanting to provide you with a high quality product and commensurate level of service.
